âą Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for new customers âą Understand customer workflows, processes and business requirements âą Configure software settings, user permissions and integrations âą Coordinate data migration, testing and go-live activities âą Deliver engaging training sessions for end users and administrators âą Support customers through onboarding and adoption âą Work closely with internal technical teams to resolve implementation challenges âą Manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables âą Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers âą Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers âą Conduct regular customer reviews and success meetings âą Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction âą Identify opportunities to expand usage and introduce additional solutions âą Support renewals and retention activities âą Gather customer feedback and champion product improvements internally âą Ensure customers continue to achieve measurable value from our platform
âą Minimum 5 years' experience within aged care, healthcare, clinical systems, software implementation, customer success or account management âą Qualified Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) âą Experience delivering training and supporting users through change âą Strong stakeholder management and communication skills âą Experience managing projects, timelines and customer expectations âą Confident working independently in a remote environment âą Willingness to travel across Australia for customer visits, implementations and training
