📋 Description

• Drive customer engagement for PERSUIT’s Outside Counsel Management and Legal Spend Management solutions. • Act as a trusted advisor, bridging business needs and technical solutions. • Deliver expert-level sales demonstrations, customizing demo environments for each client. • Design and execute Proof of Concept engagements that validate business and technical fit. • Evaluate clients’ current-state legal operations and define future-state architectures. • Develop and present strategic roadmaps to senior legal stakeholders. • Conduct Business Impact Assessments to identify measurable ROI and outcomes. • Document findings and deliverables for executive review, aligning business and technical teams. • Advise on value-based pricing and outcome-based Outside Counsel selection strategies. • Facilitate Outside Counsel Management maturity assessments to optimize legal department performance. • Build trust with diverse stakeholders and influence both executive strategy and operational execution.

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years experience in a legal tech SAAS Solution Consultant or equivalent role • Deep knowledge of Outside Counsel Management, Legal Spend Management, or e-billing ecosystems. • Demonstrated expertise delivering tailored solution demonstrations and leading successful POC engagements. • Strong consulting background with experience in process analysis, business case development, and professional documentation for executive audiences. • Proven ability to engage with GC and C-Suite stakeholders while also diving into technical details with IT and operational teams. • Expertise in legal pricing models, value-based pricing strategies, and outside counsel engagement frameworks. • Experience mapping technical processes across multiple enterprise systems and legal tech platforms. • Prior experience creating Statements of Work (SOWs) for professional services engagements. • Experience building and scaling a Solution Consulting team or function.
