📋 Description

• The French Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the primary contact for customers, agents and clients in the US and Canada. • Answer insurance related questions regarding the customer’s account. • Follow up to ensure accuracy of information, timely response and outstanding customer issues. • Assist customers with problem resolution to ensure all insurance requirements are met. • Process policies and related documents for accurate and efficient flow. • Provide assistance to other departments when workload dictates. • Maintain security and confidentiality of the facility and information.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) • 6+ months of customer service related experience. • Fluent in French and English a must • Ability to type 45 wpm and use a 10 key as well as general knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software • Customer Service Associates will regularly stand, sit, use fingers and hands, talk and hear • Must be authorized to work in the United States
