📋 Description

• Own analytical processes for veterinary hospital site selection using predictive models, demographic data, and performance scorecards • Prioritize and rank candidate hospital locations • Deliver data-driven insights and valuation metrics for clinic acquisitions, partner integrations, and executive real estate committee readouts • Analyze customer datasets for appointment utilization, service frequency, and cross-category attach rates • Build operational and financial forecasts with business leaders • Evaluate pricing structures, promotions, and service bundles to maximize customer lifetime value and unit economics • Extract, clean, and model data from veterinary management systems/EHR, POS, CRM, and cloud data warehouses • Design and deploy statistical models, clustering algorithms, and test-and-learn frameworks • Partner with Enterprise Data Science to adapt machine learning models to clinical and service operations • Design, automate, and maintain interactive BI dashboards tracking operational KPIs, clinic throughput, and customer satisfaction • Translate quantitative findings into visual reports and executive presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field • 2–4 years of experience in business analytics, data science, or strategic consulting • Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in cloud environments such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation • Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Strong presentation design skills • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguous problems • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across cross-border and multi-disciplinary teams
