📋 Description
• Support Petco's health & welfare plans, including managing retirement programs • Create audit practices and lead compliance projects • Develop reporting and executive dashboards of KPIs • Foster wellbeing programs that connect employees to the company
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years of direct employee benefits department or human resources experience • College degree required • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data • Experience with Alteryx & Workday is a plus
