• Have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE (Solicitor, CILEX or CLC Licensed Conveyancer), although strong experience will be considered • Have an existing client following, or a clear plan to generate work • Be experienced across the full residential conveyancing process • Be commercially minded and self-motivated • Be set up, or willing to set up, as a self-employed consultant
