📋 Description
• Leads a high-performing team across Neuroscience (Migraine) and Cardiovascular (NVAF/VTE) portfolios • Hires, coaches, develops, and manages 9–12 representatives • Develops and implements strategic area business plans • Builds and maintains relationships with customers • Ensures compliance and effective utilization of promotional materials
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • 6+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience • At least 3–5 years in a demonstrated leadership role across peer and customer groups • Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving record in compliance with company standards • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
