📋 Description
• Develop strategic, customer-facing reports for accounts with agreements and programs • Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable models and insights • Create impact reports to assess the effectiveness of initiatives • Contribute to customer meetings alongside HSD/NGD colleagues to present analytic findings • Provide recommendations to improve reporting accuracy and streamline processes • Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional colleagues • Partner with teams across USMA to align on strategies and deliver operational efficiencies • Produce specialized reports including GPO & Thrombin market share • Validate and maintain IDN alignment using IQVIA and HSD insights • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with urgent, customer-driven deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred • 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience • 2+ years of hands-on commercial analytics or operations experience including broad background in consulting, business analytics, finance, health economics, marketing strategy, or equivalent set of experiences required • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to work with complex data sets • Demonstrated ability to achieve results across a matrixed organization • Strong project management, time management, and coordination skills with cross functional teams of diverse colleagues in multi-disciplinary positions.
