📋 Description

• Formalizing the strategy, processes, communications, and systems to maximize CFC engagement • Collaboratively improve the sales effectiveness of CFCs • Identify issues impacting organizational goals and solutions • Lead and manage critical projects advancing organizational effectiveness • Evolve and manage selling skills and capability curriculum for CFCs • Collaborate with US Marketing Teams, Training, and Sales leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams/functions at Pfizer • Highly effective at utilizing current sales force technology platforms • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities to derive insights from sales data • Effective communication, influencing, negotiating, listening and people skills • Strong internal networking skills
