📋 Description
• Shape commercial strategy and translate market dynamics into forecasts • Partner with US Talzenna brand leadership to identify growth drivers and strategic imperatives • Develop and implement complex models for unbiased revenue forecasting • Frame and lead strategic deep-dives on critical business questions • Collaborate with analytics and market research for performance tracking • Provide revenue forecasts as input for corporate processes • Lead alignment of stakeholders on forecast assumptions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required, science or business-related focus is preferred • 6+ years of experience or MS/MBA with 5+ years of experience • Minimum of 3+ years of biopharmaceuticals (market research, analytics or forecasting) and/or management consulting experience • Understanding of pharmaceutical development and commercialization process • Superior analytical ability, strategic thinking, and project management skills • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills • Experience developing and using Excel-based models and conducting quantitative analysis
