📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic area/product expertise for external medical stakeholders • Plan and execute independent Medical strategies and engagements • Educate external medical stakeholders based on patient care gaps • Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines • Identify and seek medical scientific engagement from priority external medical stakeholder segments • Serve as a Medical resource to HQ Medical Affairs and others as appropriate • Conduct activities in accordance with relevant policies and procedures • Lead advisory boards with manager oversight • Cultivate research and therapeutic area expertise • Reactively and proactively communicate with local Patient Advocacy Group(s)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health science required • PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree highly preferred • 5+ years of experience for PharmD/PhD, 7+ years for MBA/MSc, and 8+ years for BA/BSc • Subject matter expert recognized across internal and external stakeholders • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to understand and respond to multiple external and internal stakeholders’ demands • Manage a significant volume of projects in a remote environment • Work within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team • Adaptable to organizational change • Problem-solve and network enterprise wide as appropriate
