📋 Description
• Telefonische Beratung und Qualifizierung von Interessenten • Bedarfsanalyse und passgenaue Vermittlung an unsere Partner • Dokumentation und Pflege der Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Beratungsprozesse • Unterstützung bei Business Development Projekten und Marketing-Aktivitäten
🎯 Requirements
• Du bist Student/in oder absolvierst ein Gap Year (Pflichtpraktikum möglich) • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau • Du bist empathisch, kommunikationsstark und authentisch im Umgang mit Menschen • Du arbeitest strukturiert und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe • Du zeichnest dich durch Flexibilität und Eigenverantwortung aus
