• Take full ownership of projects from conception to deployment in iteration cycles • Deliver high-quality code with a high productivity rate • Foster a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team environment • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Exhibit strong proficiency in full-stack development • Architect scalable and maintainable software and infrastructure solutions • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices • Communicate project requirements, progress and challenges to stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Identify and address technical challenges • Implement innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency • Develop project timelines and milestones • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Several high business impact projects you have led or championed • Great TypeScript and SQL skills • React, react-admin, Next.js, Nest.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL • Knowledge in data engineering (ETL) and data analytics • Test methodologies and their tools (Jest or similar) • Very good knowledge of security and its best practices • Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, Vercel • Agile and SCRUM process management methodology • Excellent verbal and written communication and conceptualization skills in English (German is a plus) • Good time management and organizational skills
