📋 Description

• Architect a modern influencer strategy to build authentic brand advocacy. • Lead the end-to-end creative process, ensuring all assets are optimized for social platforms. • Actively monitor social trends to identify growth opportunities and create engaging content. • Partner with media planners to drive digital demand and maximize profitability. • Champion the consumer journey with creative tactics that enhance e-commerce outcomes. • Design and execute a continuous learning plan, piloting new creative formats.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or influencer marketing. • Proven experience in a startup or high-growth digital business. • Strong understanding of how social content and influencer partnerships drive digital sales. • Proficiency in mobile-first editing and production tools. • Ability to utilize web analytics and social data to monitor performance and optimize creative assets. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive external agency/creator partners. • A relentless drive to innovate with digital content.
