📋 Description
• Ensure interpreter services meet government standards and execute contract goals. • Supervise Operations Managers, Quality Control Managers, and Interpreter Evaluators. • Manage interpreter services, ensuring compliance with DOJ/EOIR standards. • Liaise with EOIR officials and implement client-requested adjustments. • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation. • Manage budget, expenses, and metrics for contract adherence.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) • 7+ years in program management • 3+ years with federal/government contracts • PMP preferred • strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills • DOJ Public Trust eligibility required
