📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM solutions. • Configure and customize modules such as Incident, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Discovery/Service Mapping. • Develop automation scripts and integrations with monitoring and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). • Manage and optimize CMDB processes, reporting, and configuration management activities. • Collaborate with Federal clients, architects, and security teams to ensure compliance and best practices. • Create and maintain documentation, perform code reviews, and stay current with platform updates.

🎯 Requirements

• MUST possess an active Secret government clearance, at a minimum. • 5–7+ years of ServiceNow development experience (ITOM/ITSM focus). • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Shell). • Experience with Event Management, Discovery, and Cloud Management modules. • Hands-on experience with CMDB, integrations, and automation workflows. • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (WMI, SNMP, subnetting). • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (ITBM, HR, GRC, Portal). • Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills. • Must meet FedRAMP and U.S. Person requirements.
