• Own Phantom’s product narrative across media and thought leaders—ensuring consistent, disciplined storytelling aligned with company strategy. • Shape positioning for new products and categories that expand Phantom’s reach beyond retail trading into consumer finance and payments. • Lead media strategy and execution for key product announcements, partnerships, and launches. • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to align on messaging and go-to-market strategy across channels. • Proactively identify storylines and opportunities that advance Phantom’s reputation as the best place for consumers to experience the benefits of crypto. • Serve as a trusted voice on external communications strategy, balancing speed, clarity, and discipline.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in product, technology, or fintech communications; crypto/web3 experience strongly preferred. • Proven track record of leading successful product announcements and securing coverage in top-tier outlets. • Deep understanding of how media, influencers, and public narratives shape perception in fast-moving industries. Strong relationships across tech and crypto press are a plus. • Excellent writing, storytelling, and judgment under pressure. • Comfortable operating in a lean, high-autonomy environment with evolving priorities.
