📋 Description
• Phantom is revolutionizing the way millions of people interact with the crypto ecosystem through a multi-chain self-custodial wallet • Full-stack engineer working across frontend (UIs, cross-platform client infrastructure) and backend (APIs, data pipelines, services) • Transaction Reliability & Performance: design and optimize systems to ensure Phantom transactions land quickly and consistently • Order Flow Optimization: architect strategies to maximize value capture and execution quality from Phantom’s retail order flow • Ecosystem Awareness: adapt systems to Solana market structure changes driven by key players and new proposals • Cutting-Edge Infrastructure: collaborate across engineering and product to build resilient, performant wallet transaction infrastructure
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in Rust • Proven experience in contributing to Solana client development or forks • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge transaction landing infrastructure • English language mastery both in spoken and written forms
