• Analyze and harmonize laboratory workflows and test methods to streamline operations. • Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Use Cases. • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams. • Create detailed functional designs, including workflows and data models.
