📋 Description
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and target audience insights. • Produce engaging, high-quality content (text, graphics, and videos) and manage a monthly social media content calendar. • Monitor and engage with followers across all platforms, responding to messages and fostering strong community relationships. • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with data-driven insights. • Plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborations, and initiatives aligned with marketing objectives. • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital tools to continuously improve content and strategy. • Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and regulatory considerations relevant to the life sciences industry.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field. • 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. • Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, and digital storytelling. • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. • Experience using social media analytics platforms. • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Experience in life sciences, consulting, or healthcare (preferred but not required).
