📋 Description
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for various financial and administrative tasks • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is essential • Responsibilities include invoicing, payroll, expense management, and tax preparation • Manage the setup of new employees in QuickBooks for onboarding • Conduct monthly reconciliation for five accounts in QuickBooks • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and PTO • Ensure adherence to US tax regulations
🎯 Requirements
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting , Finance, or related field • Preferred with a CPA License • 2-4 years of proven experience as an Accountant • In-depth knowledge of USA accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP Ariba, and Wise) • Microsoft 365 suite of applications • Strong Microsoft Excel including report production • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal abilities • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work • Good communication skills both written and oral
