• Support pharmacists by coordinating patient care effectively with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare team members. • Support call center staff and make outbound calls to patients and other clinics. • Learn and apply current guidelines in a collaborative practice environment. • Understand how pharmacists make treatment decisions within a collaborative practice setting. • Gain insights into using data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions. • Acquire knowledge of healthcare software development processes. • Independently manage projects under the guidance of pharmacists. • Support the daily operations of the clinical pharmacy team. • Complete research-based projects as assigned. • Identify and communicate areas for improvement clearly and effectively. • Adhere to all regulations regarding the handling and use of patient health information.
