📋 Description

• Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements • Support transition from a break fix operating model to a customer solutions focused model • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings • Actively participate as a member of the regional work team • Coordinate project resources and tasks • Perform administrative duties within regulatory requirements • Install complex, multi-phased systems in clinical and non-clinical environments • Provide a technical review of system configuration • Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems • Approximately 70% travel across North and South Carolina

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional working experience in IT technologies or electronics industry • Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred • Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience • Obtained Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (or required to obtain within 6 months from beginning of employment) • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or other related disciplines or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must be able to successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements
