📋 Description

• Provide intensive on-site support for clinical evaluations of Philips patient monitors (e.g., intensive care unit, intermediate care/IMC, anesthesia, neonatology) • Conduct device briefings and trainings in accordance with the German Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV) as a medical device advisor, both pre- and post-sale • Present and demonstrate monitoring solutions at trade shows and conferences • Organize and perform clinical evaluations and trainings in coordination with Sales and customers • Advise clinical users on system-side configuration of monitoring solutions • Create configuration files as part of installation preparations • Maintain and manage devices provided for evaluations • Collaborate closely and exchange expertise with Sales and the Clinical Applications team • Support the successful implementation of new solutions in the clinical environment

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in healthcare; ideally a registered nurse with specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia • Several years of professional experience in high-acuity (acute) care within a hospital • Strong knowledge of patient monitoring and good market understanding • Good MS Office skills • Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 100% within the Frankfurt – Kassel – Würzburg region) • Valid Class B driving license required • Very good German and good English language skills • Strong communication skills and a high level of service and customer orientation
