📋 Description

• Demonstrating Philips Ultrasound systems at customer sites, events and seminars • Providing clinical guidance on protocol optimization, image quality, and exam efficiency • Performing after-sales installation training and education • Responding to customer requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Working with KAMs and Partners on lead generation by understanding customer needs • Developing and executing educational programs for customers • Educating the direct sales force and indirect channel partners on Philips ultrasound products and competitive products • Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and customers • Cooperating with product management and providing customer feedback through the Philips customer feedback process • Supporting clinical ultrasound activities across Serbia and CEE as a field role at customer or supplier locations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the technical or medical field • Clinical Ultrasound background or previous experience as an Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist is highly preferred • Strong understanding of ultrasound technologies • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to educate and influence diverse stakeholders. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work effectively with digital tools. • Fluent in Serbian and English languages, both verbal and written • Driver licence and willingness to travel extensively
