📋 Description

• Demonstrate Philips Ultrasound systems at customer sites, events, and seminars • Provide clinical guidance on protocol optimization, image quality, and exam efficiency • Perform after-sales installation training and education • Respond promptly to customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction • Work with KAMs and partners on lead generation by understanding customer needs • Develop and execute educational programs for customers • Educate the direct sales force and indirect channel partners on Philips ultrasound and competitive products • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and customers • Cooperate with product management and provide customer feedback through the Philips customer feedback process • Support clinical ultrasound activities across Serbia and CEE as a field role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the technical or medical field • Clinical Ultrasound background or previous experience as an Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist is highly preferred • Strong understanding of ultrasound technologies • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to educate and influence diverse stakeholders • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work effectively with digital tools • Fluent in Serbian and English, both verbal and written • Driver licence and willingness to travel extensively
