📋 Description
• Deliver high-quality clinical education and training for Philips products • Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and onsite) for internal and external audiences • Provide education on new products, features, and clinical applications • Collaborate with instructional design teams to develop and improve training content • Support usability studies and customer training activities • Analyze feedback and training metrics to continuously improve learning effectiveness • Act as a subject matter expert in learning delivery and education services
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, or similar • Initial experience in training delivery, learning services, or clinical education • Strong presentation and communication skills • Fluent in English
