📋 Description

• Responsible for implementing radiology IT solutions in medical facilities • Training users in the use of these solutions • Ensuring customer focus and assisting with problem resolution • Analyzing and structuring complex requirements for healthcare IT systems • Supporting project management tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Several years (at least 5 years) of professional experience in radiology, ideally in radiology informatics, in a hospital or radiology practice • Solid experience with healthcare IT solutions (RIS/PACS) and conducting user training • Very good knowledge of radiology workflows and good knowledge of imaging modalities (e.g., MRI, CT, CR) • Ideally experience with radiology IT systems, preferably Philips Radiology Informatics solutions • Strong analytical skills to structure complex issues and develop customer-oriented solutions • Proven ability to independently resolve challenges in moderately complex IT environments • Excellent communication and presentation skills — audience-appropriate and persuasive, both verbal and written (remote and on-site) • German — business fluent; English — fluent in spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage • High willingness to travel depending on project requirements (up to 90% during peak periods)
