📋 Description

• Operating at an advanced technical level to provide expert advice & solutions to our customers and colleagues. • Providing field based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in line with relevant training and experience. • Carrying out corrective, preventative, installation and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems. • Diagnosing mechanical, hardware and software system failures using established procedures and information. • Determining most cost effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime. • Actively participating in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team, providing customers with direct remote support in a 5 by 7 working pattern.

🎯 Requirements

• HNC (NVQ Level 4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable • Experienced logical problem solver with ability to work independently • Experienced in carrying out corrective and preventative works for Imaging Systems devices and equipment desirable • The ability to process knowledge across multi-modality and diverse product ranges • Recognize new technologies and adapts to daily challenges • Deliver high levels of customer service • Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable
