📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, customer-facing Radiology Informatics projects • Manage project scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and resources • Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, including senior leaders • Lead cross-functional project teams and external partners • Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and KPI achievement • Ensure adherence to delivery processes and an excellent customer experience • Support resource planning and contribute to continuous improvement across the regional project management community • Report to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Project Management Leader Central Europe

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Customer Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT, Radiology Informatics, PACS/RIS, clinical workflow, or other complex software implementation environments • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, resources, risks, change requests, and executive customer communication • Leadership beyond own projects, such as mentoring, community leadership, process improvement, KPI management, or developing project-management best practices • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English • Willingness to travel up to 80% • Recognized project-management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is strongly preferred • Knowledge of German is beneficial
