📋 Description

• Drive new Information Systems initiatives • Work with business operations teams, end-users, and technical experts across IT and IS projects • Research subject matter and define project scope where needed • Organize, coordinate, and run system and tool implementations • Own project outcomes as autonomously as possible • Correct project direction when necessary and complete outstanding work when required • Create project plans, set and run meetings, document progress and issues, and report to management • Adapt project structure and methods, shifting between Agile and Waterfall as appropriate • Develop subject-matter knowledge through research and prior experience • Challenge assumptions and provide informed answers about projects • Keep business stakeholders and executive sponsors informed, ensure they have a voice, and maintain strong relationships • Optimize project deliveries to support company-wide business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with end-to-end Information Systems and IT project management • Ability to research unfamiliar subject matter and define project scope • Ability to autonomously own project outcomes and correct project direction when needed • Experience creating plans, running meetings, documenting progress and issues, and reporting to management • Ability to work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project phase • Analytical ability to ask questions and challenge assumptions • Ability to work with business operations teams, end-users, technical experts, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors • Ability to coordinate system and tool implementations • Ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality • Ability to optimize systems and tools to support holistic business goals
