📋 Description

• Support strategic cross-functional projects from planning through execution • Coordinate stakeholders and help ensure timely delivery • Manage parallel initiatives by tracking deadlines, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups • Support obtaining and maintaining gambling licences • Coordinate licensing activities and monitor regulatory requirements • Prepare, review, organise, and maintain project and legal documentation • Coordinate communication with regulators, external legal advisors, and internal stakeholders • Track regulatory obligations and monthly or quarterly reporting deadlines • Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence • Improve processes and ensure transparency across projects • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items • Follow up to keep agreed next steps moving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal education • Experience in project coordination, legal operations, compliance, or a similar role • English at B2 level or above • Russian at C2 level • Strong organisational, analytical, and documentation skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to take full ownership of assigned responsibilities • Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry (nice to have) • Experience supporting gambling licensing projects (nice to have) • Understanding of corporate governance and company structures (nice to have) • Experience creating process documentation, guidelines, or internal knowledge bases (nice to have) • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (nice to have)
