📋 Description

• Drive growth and profitability for GI/WHC and POC through commercial execution and optimized sales strategies • Direct management of the national General Imaging (GI, i.e. Radiology)/Women’s Healthcare (WHC) sales team • Oversee the national Point of Care (POC) sales team • Build strong customer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Decision Makers • Develop strategic plans underpinning Annual Operating Plan and strategic growth plans for GI, WHC and POC • Create and implement national sales and distribution strategy using offline and online channels • Improve selling performance and consistency vs plan • Activate District commercial organization to sell portfolio of products, solutions & services • Collaborate on deal strategy and customer escalations • Ensure cadences and reviews to drive predictable performance across KPIs • Accountability for funnel management and bottom-up forecasting • Drive performance across Account Managers, Specialists and Sales Leaders • Build a high-performing team through talent development and performance management • Lead Sales Excellence and Customer Experience Transformations • Manage pipeline of talent and capability building to deliver strategic plan

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • 11+ years of experience in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, E-commerce, Marketing technology, Healthcare or equivalent • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of coaching and developing other leaders • Proven experience in strategic account management or corporate sales leadership within the medical device or healthcare industry • Solid understanding of the Diagnostic Imaging/ Ultrasound market in North America • Strong understanding of imaging modalities, clinical workflows, and healthcare economics • Strong business and financial acumen • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Outstanding people management/development skills • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex sales cycles • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
