📋 Description

• manage a business cohort with end-to-end accountability for multiple concurrent PACS implementation projects • provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle • serve as the primary escalation point for customer executive sponsors • evolve frameworks for standard work and assessment mechanisms • establish best practices for project types • build and mentor a high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT • hands-on involvement in enterprise software implementations • prior Radiology informatics - PACS experience • prior people leadership experience • skills in program and project management • risk management • stakeholder engagement • executive-level communication • experience working across matrixed teams • ability to manage complex customer interactions • comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • passion for continuous process improvement • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience in healthcare IT • PMP, CSM, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
