📋 Description

• Responsible for the implementation of Enterprise Diagnostics Informatics (EDI) solutions • Lead the site implementation team of Cardiology software solutions to satisfactory deployment of the solutions • Work closely with customers, EDI sales consultants, account management teams, Philips management and Incident Support Services to ensure project expectations are met or exceeded • Develop expertise in high-tech healthcare informatics, customer delivery, project governance and accepted methodologies such as PRINCE2

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of experience in areas such as Project Management, Customer Service or equivalent for candidates with a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience is required for candidates with a Master's degree • Project Management Certification is preferred • Successful high-tech project management experience, ideally within healthcare technology, IT products, network environments or diagnostics informatics solutions • Strong project management capability, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead project teams, produce clear project documentation and apply accepted methodologies such as PRINCE2 • Customer-first mindset, strong stakeholder management and the ability to understand customer environments, IT policies, constraints and operational needs • Excellent oral and written English-language skills • Excellent communication skills • Clear driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland (with some European travel) • Standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check will be required
