âą Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Health Science or equivalent âą Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 1 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Technical Consulting, Customer Advocacy, Post-Sales Operations, Account Management, Customer Success or equivalent âą Ideally knowledgeable in the healthcare / medical sector âą Strong technical knowledge and solid technical background âą Experience in health IT (Healthcare Information Systems / eHealth) âą Proven experience as a Project Manager âą Excellent coordination and client communication skills âą Ability to manage crisis situations and handle pressure effectively âą Bilingual in French (C2) and Fluent in English (C1 level or above)
