📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients • Gain a deep understanding of client environments and business objectives • Recommend tailored solutions • Design, configure, and implement complex technical solutions • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and optimized to meet requirements • Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts • Identify opportunities to improve system health, performance, and reliability • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation • Drive consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence through effective configuration management • Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, product teams, sales organizations, and other stakeholders • Provide technical reporting, strategic recommendations, and performance insights

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in application deployment within healthcare IT • Strong knowledge of hospital workflows • Experience in customer service delivery, with a focus on technical implementation • Extensive knowledge of networking, virtualization, server hardware, Windows domains, system performance, and SQL Server • Strong analytical expertise and excellent diagnostics capabilities • Knowledge of Philips Surveillance and HL7 – a plus • High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent. • Ability to perform Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
