📋 Description

• Develop and execute a NORDICS growth plan with the Regional Leadership team • Drive sales growth through offline and online channels • Activate the NORDICS commercial organization in selling and positioning products, solutions, and services • Collaborate with NORDICS and district sales leaders on deal strategy and customer escalations • Provide local customer insights to the Region Business team • Drive the performance of Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams • Lead NPIs and support marketing activities with the marketing Hub • Coordinate Product Lifecycle Management, including install base management and EOL support • Partner with product and region teams to design and refine the Imaging Suite of Solutions and support activation in NORDICS • Support Marketing teams with customer insights, market trends, value propositions, local launch plans, and localized assets • Own the Key Opinion Leader Program across the zone for the modalities • Oversee Society Engagement in the relevant area • Lead the Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams • Implement Marketing and Commercial Strategy in NORDICS for MR, DXR, and CT business categories • Participate in the Leadership team of Europe Imaging and NORDICS Hub

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience • University degree • Experience in Diagnostic Imaging Business preferred • Proven senior leadership experience, ideally across different countries/markets • Advanced knowledge of products and services within the scope • Complete knowledge and understanding of Marketing processes • Advanced experience in marketing technology in consumer/healthcare domains • Experience creating customized value propositions for unique customers and markets • In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry for NORDICS • Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within a matrix • Certified LEAN Advanced • Ability to lead, coach, direct, and motivate a team toward a common goal • Strong understanding of industry and market dynamics • Ability to solve difficult or complex issues and drive continuous improvement using LEAN methodology • Results-oriented with personal accountability for delivering results • Skilled in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders • Quality-first mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in English and Nordic languages
