📋 Description

• Support the migration away from legacy systems and infrastructure • Help drive integration projects involving customers, vendors, overseas agents, and business partners • Assist with implementing and optimizing platforms such as CargoWise and other business-critical systems • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable project plans • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, testing activities, and go-live execution • Facilitate communication between business teams, technology teams, vendors, customers, and leadership • Support solution design, process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives • Assist with testing, implementation, deployment, and production rollout activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Solutions Analysis, Integrations, Process Improvement, or related roles • Experience supporting software implementations, systems integrations, digital transformation initiatives, or business process improvement projects • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating testing, managing timelines, and driving projects toward completion • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and the ability to operate independently • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, improve, and drive change rather than simply maintain existing processes.
