• Set the product vision and strategy for our SaaS portfolio (Pressplay.run and Catchbase.ai) and turn that strategy into measurable outcomes. • Define where we play and how we win, align the team around the most valuable customer problems, and drive a focused roadmap that moves activation, adoption, and expansion. • Report to the co-founder/partner responsible for our product line-up, and own the product direction end-to-end: clear north stars, crisp prioritization, tight discovery loops, and predictable delivery. • Lead a team of Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success/PMs to ensure the roadmap unblocks deals, improves retention, and supports expansion—without losing sight of long-term product defensibility.
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management (or strong equivalent) with shipped work that moved top-line metrics. Ideally 0-1. • Demonstrated ability to craft product vision and strategy and translate them into an executable, outcome-driven roadmap. • Strong discovery and experiment design; fluent with product analytics and basic SQL/Sheets. • Clear technical communication; comfortable making trade-offs with Engineering and GTM. • Hands-on prototyping ability (AI tooling/low-code) to accelerate learning when appropriate. • Excellent written and verbal English; calm, structured collaboration across functions. • Nice to have: • Experience with AI/LLM products (prompting, evaluation, guardrails/observability). • Experience with monetization design.
