📋 Description

• Support the growth and adoption of Phoenix’s managed security services portfolio. • Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to identify, qualify and progress opportunities. • Act as a trusted specialist resource during customer engagements, service introduction calls and solution discussions. • Present and demonstrate managed security solutions to prospective customers. • Support the creation of high-quality proposals, tenders and bid responses. • Collaborate with service delivery teams to understand service capabilities, operations and customer outcomes. • Deliver enablement sessions to internal sales teams, helping them identify and position managed security opportunities. • Support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns. • Maintain accurate pipeline information and contribute to forecasting activities. • Ensure all opportunities are tracked and managed through CRM systems. • Gather customer feedback and contribute to continual service improvement activities. • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell across the wider Phoenix portfolio. • Maintain awareness of the evolving cyber security landscape and emerging threats affecting customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of managed security services and the wider cyber security market. • Awareness of modern cyber security technologies, including SIEM, XDR and EDR solutions. • Good understanding of the Microsoft Security ecosystem. • Experience supporting cyber security sales, pre-sales or customer engagement activities. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, both in person and virtually. • Ability to build strong working relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders. • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt within a fast-moving environment. • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. • Experience in a managed security sales, pre-sales or customer-facing role. • Minimum of 1 year's experience within managed security services, cyber security sales or a related field. • Experience working within IT services or managed services environments desirable. • Eligibility to obtain or already have SC Clearance.
