📋 Description

• Own the security and reliability surface of Physitrack’s multi-region AWS infrastructure • Own the Envoy-based edge, WAF rules, rate limiting and bot management across cloud and CDN layers • Design and tune protections against content scraping, credential attacks and traffic anomalies • Build traffic-pattern detection and improve its signal-to-noise ratio • Harden AWS infrastructure through IAM boundaries, least-privilege access, threat detection and runtime monitoring on EKS • Manage secrets, certificates and token lifecycle across the platform • Produce infrastructure evidence for ISO 27001 audits, penetration tests and enterprise security reviews • Operate PostgreSQL and RDS in production across regions, including upgrades, performance, encryption and access control • Own Typesense and vector search infrastructure end to end • Work with MongoDB and ElastiCache alongside primary data stores • Own Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Sentry and PagerDuty monitoring • Build trusted alerting with meaningful thresholds, low noise and clear runbooks • Improve log and metric flow from the edge and application into the observability stack • Participate in a 24/7 PagerDuty on-call rotation by agreement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure, SRE or security engineering • Strong AWS depth • Experience with edge, WAF or reverse proxy technology such as Envoy, nginx, Cloudflare, ModSecurity, Coraza or equivalent • Production Kubernetes experience, ideally EKS • Strong Terraform skills • Experience operating PostgreSQL at scale, including upgrades and performance work • Practical observability experience building effective alerting • Security engineering mindset • English at a working professional level • Polish is nice to have • Search infrastructure experience with Typesense, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch or vector search is nice to have • Content protection and anti-scraping experience is nice to have • Technical support for ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar audits is nice to have • Healthcare, fintech or other regulated-domain experience is nice to have
