• Deliver the highest standard of excellence in new customer onboarding, deployment, and implementation of projects across our customers in the United States. • Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of professional services engagements to drive customer value and adoption of our solutions. • Act as the main point of contact for new customers during the new customer onboarding phase. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. • Coordinate with internal technical teams and sales to deliver a smooth onboarding experience. • Manage the scoping, planning, and execution of professional services engagements. • Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master certifications a plus) • Experience managing customer-facing implementations and professional services delivery • Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment • Persistence, proactivity, energy, resilience, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success
