📋 Description

• Lead the sales organization and guide a team of Enterprise Account Executives • Partner with executive leadership to define territory sales objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets • Build and implement scalable processes and infrastructure to support sustained growth in the East region • Develop customer acquisition strategies and enablement materials that accelerate sales velocity • Work closely with Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Channel Partners, and Marketing to optimize the customer journey

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B technology sales, preferably within cybersecurity or information security • 3+ years successfully managing, hiring, and developing field sales teams • Demonstrated track record of exceeding targets with strong emphasis on new logo acquisition • Strategic thinker with ability to execute both tactical initiatives and long-term territory plans • Advanced proficiency in CRM analytics, reporting, and forecasting (Salesforce experience strongly preferred) • Proven success building and scaling sales teams with clear goal-setting and professional feedback practices • Experience selling security validation, penetration testing, or breach and attack simulation solutions
