📋 Description

• Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights • Synthesize research findings and communicate them clearly to teams • Use AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype and visualize initial design ideas • Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that solve real user problems • Participate in weekly design critiques to continuously improve design quality • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product goals • Support implementation by working closely with engineering teams • Conduct design QA and identify opportunities for continuous UX improvements after launch

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design with a focus on user research and usability testing • Proven ability to conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests and translate insights into design improvements • Experience with Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping tools is a plus • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for responsive design • Strong teamwork skills and experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams • German language skills are a plus but not required
