📋 Description

• Partner with product managers to shape product strategy, focusing on impactful solutions rather than just technical elegance • Lead technical architecture discussions with an emphasis on practical, scalable solutions that align with business goals • Design and implement systems that balance immediate needs with long-term scalability • Make pragmatic decisions about technical debt, knowing when to optimize and when to ship • Drive engineering excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement • Lead complex technical initiatives from conception to deployment across our full stack • Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements while maintaining focus on business priorities • Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs to enhance clinical workflows and improve patient care delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in fast-paced startup environments • Proven track record of shipping complex features end-to-end • Strong product intuition and ability to challenge requirements when necessary • Experience making architectural decisions that stood the test of time • Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) and NodeJS backend development • Strong understanding of database design and optimization (PostgreSQL) • Experience building and shipping LLM-based features in production environments
