📋 Description

• Own end-to-end bookkeeping and month-end/year-end close • Handle bank operations, AP/AR invoicing and reconciliation, and intercompany settlements • Manage Cyprus payroll for 14 employees, including payroll taxes and social contributions • Prepare VAT, TD7, and TD4 filings • Manage transfer pricing forecasts and documentation • Handle fixed assets and intangibles accounting • Review monthly TB/BS/P&L/GL • Perform cash flow forecasting and support budgeting • Allocate costs and calculate COGS by product • Lead the annual statutory audit and liaise with auditors, tax/VAT consultants, and banks • Contribute to management reporting • Process payments and enter data in the management system • Support other finance department tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years as an Accountant • Strong IFRS knowledge, including intangibles • Proven ownership of full bookkeeping and close cycles, not just task execution • Cyprus tax and payroll compliance experience, including VAT, TD7, and TD4 • Multi-currency accounting in USD/EUR • Good knowledge of Excel • ERP experience; MS Business Central is a plus • Experience with transfer pricing and multi-entity structures • Experience in product IT companies is nice to have
