📋 Description

• Monitor daily transportation and warehousing operations, ensuring execution according to plan. • Track and analyze logistics performance KPIs, identifying deviations and proposing improvements. • Manage exceptions by making quick decisions to mitigate risks and resolve operational issues. • Liaise with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth operations. • Manage real-time information and communication flows among all parties involved in the logistics chain. • Maintain close contact with Operations and Planning teams, ensuring integration between strategic planning and execution. • Prepare periodic reports and present results to management, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including good transportation and storage practices for healthcare products. • Participate in the implementation and optimization of logistics control systems and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field. • Previous experience in logistics operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or with third-party logistics providers. • Knowledge of transportation management, warehousing, and supply chain operations. • Experience monitoring and controlling operations in real time. • Analytical skills to identify problems and propose agile, effective solutions. • Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders. • Knowledge of logistics management tools and systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, and BI).
