📋 Description

• Monitor daily transportation and warehousing operations, ensuring execution according to plan. • Track and analyze logistics performance KPIs, identifying deviations and proposing improvements. • Manage exceptions, making quick decisions to mitigate risks and resolve operational issues. • Interact with drivers, carriers and customers to ensure smooth operations. • Manage information flows and real-time communication among all parties involved in the logistics chain. • Maintain close contact with operations and planning teams, ensuring alignment between strategic planning and execution. • Prepare periodic reports and present results to management with a focus on continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for the transport and storage of healthcare products. • Participate in the implementation and optimization of control systems and logistics tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering or related fields. • Previous experience in logistics operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or with third-party logistics providers. • Knowledge of transport management, warehousing and supply chain principles. • Experience with real-time monitoring and control of operations. • Analytical ability to identify problems and propose agile, effective solutions. • Strong communication skills to interact with different stakeholders. • Familiarity with logistics management tools and systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, BI).
