📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems, including servers, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure. • Ensure system performance, availability, and security across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. • Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and consolidations. • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, proactively addressing issues. • Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. • Implement and enforce security policies, patch management, and vulnerability remediation. • Provide expert-level support for complex technical issues across systems, networks, and applications. • Guide and mentor junior administrators and IT support staff. • Serve as escalation point for critical incidents and outages • Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and hybrid IT environments. • Knowledge of networking, firewalls, storage solutions, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud migration strategies. • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform). • Strong understanding of security principles, identity/access management, and compliance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in system administration, with advanced experience in enterprise environments. • DoD 8140 Certification • Bachelors Degree
