📋 Description

• Build the partner side of Mirari and run communications end to end • Identify, pitch, and onboard leading European psychedelic teachers, researchers, and practitioners • Form strategic alliances for co-hosted webinars, newsletter exchanges, affiliate/referral setups, and conference presence • Leverage States of Mind podcasts, PsyStandard community, and PsyAccess in partnership activities • Create course launch packs including landing copy, email sequences, social posts, webinar pages, replays, and tracked-link partner kits • Maintain Mirari’s voice and positioning across LinkedIn, Instagram, the website, and email campaigns • Manage webinar announcements, registration, production, and follow-ups • Build, automate, and maintain an AI-powered content engine • Own metrics for courses announced, audience collected, and course enrolments • Maintain a weekly one-screen performance report • Maintain running webinars and course communications • Prepare launch packs and partner kits • Open network conversations, run webinars, launch organisational partnerships, announce courses, collect audience members, and establish enrolment tracking • Provide written analysis of which partnerships drive enrolments to inform the 2027 plan

🎯 Requirements

• Existing, verifiable network in the European psychedelic field, including education, therapy, research, harm reduction, integration, or retreats • 5+ years in partnerships, communications, community, or business development • Preferably experience in education, health, or mission-driven organisations • Proven track record of building initiatives from zero • Highly hands-on temperament; comfortable writing emails, making calls, hosting webinars, and refining landing pages • Daily proficiency with AI tools for content production, research, writing, and workflow automation • Excellent written and spoken English in a sober, evidence-aware tone • Understanding of legal and platform regulations on psychedelics • Based in Europe • Experience marketing online courses or cohorts is a nice-to-have • Public speaking or hosting experience is a nice-to-have • Knowledge of Kit, MailerLite, or Brevo is a nice-to-have • A second European language is a nice-to-have
